Night at the Races fund raiser on Saturday, April 10th

Just a reminder that the South Fayette Touchdown Club is having its Night at the Races fund raiser on Saturday, April 10th. Each football family, grades 9th through 12th, is asked to sell 6 admission tickets at $15 each and at least 2 horses at $15 each. Individuals do not have to attend the fund raiser to sponsor a horse. We need to sell at least 100 horses to have the races set, so the more you sell the better. At our booster meeting this past Wednesday, if you were not able to attend, your fund raising packet was given to your class representative. Some of these were hand delivered and some of them were mailed to your houses. If you have any questions about the packet information that you receive, you can contact Lora Shildt at lshildt@impaqt.com or me at chall2006@comcast.net . I realize that this is a busy time for many people, but we need each families help in raising funds that will support our team in the upcoming season. At the meeting the 2010-2011 budget was submitted and passed so we know exactly what is needed this year. In the past we have always been able to successfully support our team and we want to continue with that tradition with your help.
We are also looking for items to be placed in the Chinese Auction and Silent Auction and would appreciate you help in obtaining items. Please contact Lora prior to approaching a business for a donation so that she could add your name to list so that we don't contact a business more than once. The businesses of South Fayette have been so good in supporting us-we wouldn't want to take advantage of them!
